Senior Architect

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect, preferably with experience handling residential, hospitality, commercial, or high-end development projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, and project development processes.
• Proficient in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Able to develop and review design concepts, architectural drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, construction standards, materials, and architectural detailing.
• Able to coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, interior, contractor, and other project teams.
• Experienced in reviewing drawings and ensuring that designs are technically accurate and aligned with project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients and team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in working in an international or multicultural working environment is highly preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Bali and collaborate closely with the Development Team and Management.
