Product Development Specialist

We're Hiring: Product Development Specialist ✨

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to manage end-to-end product development and merchandising projects, from sourcing to sample approval.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track product samples and documentation for B2B and merchandise projects
• Handle end-to-end development of Merchandise/Gift with Purchase (GWP) items, from sourcing to sample approval
• Support B2B marketing product development, coordinating with Marketing Team on requirements and timeline
• Coordinate vendor sourcing, sampling, and quotation comparison
• Facilitate sample review sessions and handover to QC
• Conduct competitor research and support product knowledge training

Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year of experience in product development, merchandising, or project coordination
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with Trello/Notion a plus
• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
