Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, or equivalent)
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, internet systems, and email services
- Proficient in networking and routing concepts such as TCP/IP, with hands-on experience using routers (e.g., Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiar with operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux
- Basic knowledge of programming and database management
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure system availability and reliability
- Provide remote technical support and handle troubleshooting for network-related issues
