Social Media Internship

About the Role PT Bubu Kreasi Perdana is looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across our social media platforms while gaining hands-on experience in the creative, gaming, esports, and digital marketing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars for social media platforms.
• Create engaging captions, copywriting, and content ideas aligned with the brand's voice.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
• Research social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement, and assist with community management.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Graphic Design, Video Production, and Marketing teams to develop content.
• Support content production during company events, campaigns, and activations.
• Assist in preparing basic social media performance reports and insights.

Qualifications:

• Final-year university student or fresh graduate from any major (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields are preferred).
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Active user of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Strong written communication and basic copywriting skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Experience managing personal, organizational, or community social media accounts is a plus.
• Interest in the gaming, esports, events, or creative industry is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of photography or videography is a plus.
• Portfolio of social media content or creative work is an advantage.
