Puchasing Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Source, evaluate, and select the best suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.
• Process purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues (delays, quality).
• Keeping documentation and records as per procedure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Management, Supply Chain, etc.).
• 2-5 years of experience in a procurement/purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and data analysis (Excel) skills.
• Good communication and ability to manage multiple suppliers.
• Understanding of Accurate software is a plus.
