Production Planner
We’re Hiring – Production Planner PT Beautymax Essential Indonesia is currently looking for a Production Planner to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, sales requirements, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Monitor production progress to ensure that production schedules are completed on time and promptly report any production issues.
- Check the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished products according to production plans, and follow up on material readiness.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D, Sales, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Arrange production according to customer delivery schedules and adjust production plans when necessary to ensure on-time order completion.
- Maintain production schedules and related reports, and keep order and production status records up to date.
Job Requirements 1.Experience in cosmetics, personal care, makeup, or skincare manufacturing is preferred. 2.Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and strong in execution and follow-up. 3.Proficiency in English is preferred. 4.Must be proficient in using computers and Microsoft Excel
