Drafter

We are looking for a talented and detail oriented Drafter to join our team and contribute to the development of our architectural and real estate projects. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into accurate, detailed construction drawings and working closely with architects and field teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and translate them into detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare structural drawing details based on project requirements.
• Prepare MEP drawing details and coordinate them with architectural and structural requirements.
• Produce construction and as-built drawings for villa and related projects.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date drawing records and documentation for each project.
• Coordinate with the field team to verify site measurements, dimensions, and existing conditions.
• Coordinate with architects to interpret conceptual sketches and design drawings into detailed and buildable construction drawings.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and aligned with project requirements and site conditions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp 3D.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in measurements, dimensions, and drawing accuracy.
• Previous experience working on villa, resort, hospitality, or residential projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Based in Bali or currently residing in Bali is a strong advantage.
