📍 Hybrid | Freelance | Beauty Industry Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We’re currently looking for a Freelance Video Editor who’s passionate about beauty, creative, and experienced in creating engaging short-form video content to help bring our brand to life across social media. 💖

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be responsible for editing engaging and visually appealing video content for Judydoll’s social media platforms. This role involves working closely with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to turn raw footage and creative ideas into compelling content that fits Judydoll’s playful and expressive identity. You’ll also support shooting activities when needed and stay updated with the latest beauty and social media trends. ✨

🎯 Your day-to-day includes:

• Edit video content for TikTok platforms based on creative briefs
• Transform raw footage into engaging, dynamic, and on-brand short-form content
• Support shooting activities, including assisting with shot preparation and on-set needs
• Apply transitions, text, sound effects, music, basic motion graphics, and color adjustments to enhance video quality
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to develop relevant and engaging content
• Ensure all video content aligns with Judydoll’s brand identity, campaign objectives, and social media trends
• Stay updated on beauty, makeup, skincare, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to content

💄 You’re the one if you:

• Passionate about beauty, makeup, skincare, and social media content
• Have a strong understanding of beauty content and current social media trends
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Comfortable working in a Hybrid working arrangement (WFO from Setiabudi, South Jakarta)
