Project Engineer (MEP)

Job Description

• Able to create and develop technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Proficient in CAD, or similar software to produce layouts, schematics, and detailed engineering drawings
• Supervise and coordinate MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and technical specifications
• Collaborate with the project management team and architects to ensure integrated and coordinated project activities
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders regarding MEP progress, challenges, and solutions

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Design Engineer or MEP Engineer
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with Autocad, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
