Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice, with experience in Indonesian labor law, Foreign Worker (TKA) administration, and corporate/operational licensing, including OSS and SIINas.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, particularly in the garment or textile industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
