Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

The person must fullfil majority of the following requirements :

1. Accounting and/or Economics degree
2. Work experience in similar field at least 8 years, half of which with responsibility over subordinates
3. Must have a control mindset
4. Able to demonstrate ability to influence others (superiors, peers, non-direct reports) through convincing logic, evidence, facts, data..not merely perception
5. Able to lead & develop subordinates and improve accounting & control competencies
6. The guardian of professional accounting standards
7. Demonstrate a good command of the 4 Pillars of Accounting function ie.

• Financial Accounting,
• Finance
• Cost Accounting,
• Management Accounting

1. Complement Owners entrepreneurial drive with professional work systems. Guard their back.
2. Someone the Owners can trust and depend on to safeguard Company interests and able to be the Owners advisor & confidant.
3. Strong inter-personal skills to manage relationship 360 degree and with both JV Owners
4. Strong analytical & conceptual capability
5. Responsible to train and develop subordinates and other relevant functions in accounting competencies and development of control mindset
