Technical Trainer

Design and complete the planned training roadmap for software engineers within the agreed timeline

Develop technical/coding training syllabi and learning materials, along with their corresponding assessment instruments and examination questions

Maintain a high internal customer satisfaction score from trainees and stakeholders

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years in the relevant domain with demonstrated training or mentoring experience

Strong command of the development chapter's technical subject matter.

Knowledge in adult learning and training design principles

Skills in facilitation, presentation, and curriculum development.

Able to assess learning outcomes and iterating on materials

Training or instructional-design certification is an advantage
