Utility& Facility Engineer - English Speaking (104641)

➢To perform PM Utility & Facility job, project from all work order and TPM activity for preventive maintenance, system improvement, maintenance and operation cost control, project management and self-maintenance. ➢To works closely with Maintenance Planner Engineer and job area owner in order to keep reliability and efficiency. ➢Manage day to day operations of utility & facility works, scheduling of work, follow-up and reports. ➢Manage all work orders and coordinate with all departments to achieve shorter lead time of work order following target. ➢Ensure that the department operates with applicable occupational health& safety regulations all the time. (e.g. LOTO Management of changes). ➢Improve utility system with current situation is service more than 20 years. ➢Provide the specification of scope of work to achieve work order by coordinating to purchasing team, production team and between maintenance team. ➢Inspect the facility tasks such as water supply, electric facility, air condition and everything related to the building system. ➢Coordinate with the contractor to proceed the project smoothly. ➢Other tasks as assigned by superior.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Tooling Engineering related fields. Experienced at least 5 years of Utility & Facilities. Technical Skill in following topics: Air compressor 75 to 200 kW., Chiller 300 kW up , 800 Tons, Cooling tower, Counter flow type 800 tons ., AHU for building space 80,000 M2, Fire alarm system Siemen and Honeywell brand. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills.
