Planning Assistant Manager

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Inventory Control, and Capacity Planning.

Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics.

Knowledge of ERP systems and/or MRP systems.

Ability to analyze demand forecasts, production schedules, inventory levels, and customer requirements.

Good knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements in the automotive industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Leadership & Management Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Overseas affiliates.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Language Skills

Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.

(TOEIC score 500 points at least)

Ability to communicate effectively with overseas customers, suppliers, and group companies.

Qualifications: Male , Female Thai nationality, Age 35 -45 years old up proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. management planning experience 5 Year+ TOEIC score 500 or Good command of English
