We're looking for a passionate healthcare professional to join a leading medical technology organisation as a clinical training specialist, supporting healthcare teams across Spain with education, training and clinical best practice.

What you'll be doing

You'll become the clinical expert behind a market-leading portfolio of pressure care and patient support solutions, delivering engaging training programmes and supporting healthcare teams to maximise patient outcomes.

Working closely with nurses, clinicians and healthcare stakeholders, you'll build trusted relationships, provide clinical guidance and help drive best practice across a variety of healthcare settings.

You'll work with an innovative portfolio of pressure care and therapeutic support surface solutions, including advanced foam, hybrid and dynamic mattress systems designed to help prevent and manage pressure injuries. Trusted by healthcare providers across acute, community and long-term care settings, these clinically focused solutions support patient comfort, pressure redistribution, risk reduction and improved care outcomes, while helping clinical teams deliver best practice more efficiently.

Who we're looking for

You may be the perfect fit if you:

Are a qualified nurse or clinician

Have experience in pressure care, tissue viability, wound care or leg ulcer management

Enjoy educating, coaching and developing others

Are confident presenting to groups and delivering training sessions

Build relationships naturally and enjoy working with people

Are self-motivated, organised and comfortable travelling
