- Lead and manage the overall Project Controls function.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, and budget.
- Review project programmes, forecasts, and progress reports.
- Provide management with performance analysis and early-warning indicators.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Develop and implement project controls procedures and standards.
- Lead and mentor the Project Controls team.
- 20+ years of Project Controls experience within a contracting/construction firm.
- Recent GCC experience
- Previous experience as Project Controls Director / Head of Project Controls.
