Hello Winnipeg! Proof Experiences will be coming to your city and we?re excited to invite you to be a part of the International Experience Canada (IEC) activation! We?re looking for a group of reliable, outgoing, and committed Brand Ambassadors to help bring this unique Government of Canada initiative to life in your city.

About the IEC Activation: This exciting event will visit to raise awareness about an incredible opportunity to work and travel abroad through the IEC program. Attendees will explore work and travel opportunities in five different countries, all in an interactive, engaging, and photo-worthy setting. This experience helps attendees envision their international journey?without stepping on a plane!

All brand ambassadors must be comfortable commuting to and from each location independently. Bilingual (Eng/French) BAs will be prioritized.

University of Winnipeg:

October 18th ? Load-In and Setup ? Late afternoon/evening

October 19th and 20th ? Activation: 10am-6pm

University of Manitoba:

October 21st: - Load-in and Setup ? Late afternoon/evening

October 22nd and 23rd ? Activation: 10am-6pm

[Pay] $27/hour

[Key Responsibilities]

• Engage attendees with energy, friendliness, and confidence.
• Guide visitors through interactive stations while sharing program details and key messages.
• Troubleshoot basic tech (e.g., videos, tablets) as needed.
• Assist with set-up and tear-down of equipment and assets (this includes lifting heavy items).
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure the activation runs smoothly.
• Use your personal travel experiences to connect with attendees and promote the benefits of the IEC program.

[Requirements]

• Previous international travel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting and assembling equipment
• Able to pass background and reference checks
• Bilingual (Eng/French) is an asset
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking to student demographic
