About us
Pro Padel Academy (PPA) runs structured padel coaching programmes for juniors, adults, beginners and competitive players. We're looking for an experienced coach to deliver quality sessions and help raise the standard of our programmes.
Job responsibilities
- Plan and deliver padel lessons, clinics, group classes and private sessions for all ages and levels
- Run technical, tactical and fitness-based development programmes for recreational and competitive players
- Assess players and track their progress against clear development goals
- Support the academy's tournaments, events, corporate clinics and brand activations
- Maintain safe, well-run courts and sessions, and look after student experience and retention
- Work with the academy's coaching team and management on programme design and scheduling
- Mentor junior coaches and help standardise coaching methodology
Requirements
- At least 5 years of padel coaching experience
- Proven track record coaching players from beginner through advanced or competitive level
- Strong grasp of padel technique, tactics, positioning and match play
- Able to coach groups and individuals, and to adapt to different ages and abilities
- Clear communicator in English
- Strong sense of professionalism, punctuality and client service
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, as business needs require
Preferred (not mandatory)
- Recognised padel coaching qualification, e.g. an FIP-accredited coach course or a national federation coaching licence
- Experience coaching children and teens
- Experience running tournaments, leagues or academy programmes
- Playing or competition background at national or regional level
