We are seeking a driven part-time Dental Associate to step into a thriving, community-focused practice in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. With major ongoing pipeline projects and local development, our clinic experiences a strong, steady volume of new patients alongside an established, loyal patient base.

- Modern, streamlined digital workflow utilizing ClearDent and Intiveo for iPad-based patient intake.

*The Compensation & Lifestyle*
- Highly competitive compensation package, with current associates earning between $19,000 and $24,000 per month.
- Flexible fly-in/fly-out schedule (a short 1.5-hour flight from Vancouver).

*Your Responsibilities:*
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to professional standards
*Requirements:*
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Licensed (or eligibility) to practice in British Columbia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
