Primary School Coordinator (International School)

Location: Karawang, West Java, Indonesia

General Requirements

• Maximum age of 45 years.
• Demonstrates integrity, strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a commitment to educational excellence.
• Able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and school management.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Possesses an English proficiency certificate with a minimum TOEFL score of 600 or an equivalent qualification (IELTS, TOEIC, or other recognized English proficiency tests).

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Elementary School Teacher Education, Educational Management, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, or other relevant fields.

Work Experience

• Proven experience in leading teaching staff and managing school operations.
• Experienced in academic program development, instructional supervision, and teacher professional development.
• Experience in a national-plus or international school environment is an advantage.

Professional Competencies

• Strong understanding of the developmental characteristics and educational needs of elementary-aged students/
• Solid knowledge of international primary curricula (preferably IB PYP, IPC, or equivalent international frameworks)
• Ability to integrate international curricula with the applicable national educational standards.
• Skilled in strategic planning, curriculum development, and school program evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds professional certifications or training in international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, IPC), educational leadership, or curriculum design.
• Experience working within an international or multicultural educational environment is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Elementary School Principal.
