Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland is looking for a part-time Front Desk Agent (also known as a Guest Services Agent.

*Duties & Responsibilities*

• Provides courteous and professional guest services
• Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
• Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk
• Handles guest accounts
• Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay
• Operates the telephone console
• Processes reservation and cancellation requests
• Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager

*What does an ideal candidate look like?*

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required
• Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• *Must be legally entitled to work in Canada*

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
