*Cleaner - Part Time* _Property Management Company_

*Location*: Penticton

Our Property Management Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Cleaner* to join our team. The Cleaner plays a key role assisting in maintaining our buildings and ensuring our rental suites are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready for new tenants.

*Responsibilities*

• Clean and maintain hallways, entrance, windows, garbage removal, and rental suites after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to management
• Maintain company standards of cleanliness and presentation

*Qualifications*

• Previous professional cleaning experience an asset, but not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
• Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on cleaning tasks

*Schedule & Availability*

• Part Time position
• Flexible with your schedule

*Compensation*

• Hourly wage based on experience
