Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

Job Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist with 2 years of experience to spearhead our digital audience acquisition and business growth. In this role, you wil be responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads through both paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads) and organic channels (SEO). Beyond digital acquisition, you wil also play a key role in managing engaging webinars/events and nurturing our clients community to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and also client prospects for educational purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Campaign: Plan the B2B content calendar and execute Ads to generate leads.
• Manage on-page/off-page SEO to drive organic B2B website traffic.
• Colaborate with internal experts to create high-quality marketing copy, articles, and landing pages.
• Monitor and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Conceptualize and draft rundowns for events such as webinars, seminar or community events.
• Nurture relationships with clients and communities via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and newsletters.

Reqiurements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (B2B preferred).
• Proven skils in Content Planning & Development (portfolio required).
• Experience managing Paid Ads and executing SEO strategies (GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
• Strong understanding in B2B copywriting, communication, and data-driven mindset
