KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn: reels, carousels, stories
- Write scripts, captions, and hooks in the brand's voice
- Coordinate with our in-house video editor; quick basic edits
- Track performance and propose growth tactics
- Turn industry trends into ideas with the Junior Brand Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Portfolio showing social media growth results
- Basic social media strategy: pillars, hooks, platform algorithms
- Know the industry: UI/UX, branding, graphic design, software
- Clear, engaging copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Basic editing (CapCut, Canva); advanced editing is not required
