Measure and mix ingredients, knead, roll, cut, and shape dough for various products. Operate ovens and proofers, monitoring heat and timing. Apply glazes, icings, and toppings to finished products.
Qualifications/Requirements: Proficiency with baking equipment (mixers, industrial ovens) and strong knowledge of baking techniques. High level of precision required for measuring ingredients and decorating.
