Accountant

Responsibilities:

Monitoring accounts payable and receivable. Reconciling bank and account balances Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.  Supporting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Preparing tax-related documentation as required. Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to provide accurate financial data and insights that support decision-making. 

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an advantage. Prior experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong skills in financial accounting general ledger maintenance and preparation of financial statements.  Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.  Experience with accounts payable, receivable processes, reconciliations, and cash flow management.  Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control procedures.  Competence in using accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g. Excel) for data management and reporting.  Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
