Playbook Direct is looking for motivated individuals to join our Manchester team as Sales Assistants. If your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people focused role, this could be an opportunity to put your existing skills to use in a new environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing coaching and the opportunity to develop your communication, customer engagement and business skills.

The Role

You'll work face to face with customers across retail environments, events and other locations throughout Greater Manchester, representing established brands and helping customers understand their products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers and building positive relationships
• Representing our clients professionally
• Answering questions and providing information about products and services
• Understanding customer needs and communicating suitable solutions
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Taking part in regular training, coaching and development sessions
• Collaborating with colleagues to support campaign performance

What We're Looking For
