Job description We are looking for a highly motivated dental reception to join our modern dental practice. We are an established family oriented dental clinic that strives to make dental visits a positive and fun experience for everyone. Ideal candidate for this position would be the one who has a positive and welcoming personality that greets everyone walking through our doors with a big smile. We are seeking someone who has prior experience for the same role but at the same time is willing to learn new technologies as introduced at our state-of-the-art clinic. Willingness to grow in this role as our practice goes through its growth spurt would be a trait we will be looking for.
Your tasks
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Coordinate restorative, implant, orthodontic and other treatments while ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software systems
- Insurance Expertise: Utilize your insurance proficiency to guide patients, process claims, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise effectively with our dental team for seamless patient care.
- Record Management: Maintain precise patient records and financial transactions.
Requirements
Highly Desirable: Experience with Dental Chairside Assisting is a PLUS PLUS!!
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background in dental administration with a minimum of 2 year of experience.
- Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of dental insurance procedures and claims.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with dental practice management software and Google Docs.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in record-keeping and documentation.
Education
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Dental Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
What we offer
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
