Restaurant Hostess

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and service flow. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table availability and guest needs. Monitor the dining area to ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
