Social Media & Content Creator Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp. Plan and manage the monthly content calendar in line with marketing campaigns and brand objectives. Create high-quality photo, video, reel, and graphic content for digital platforms. Capture content at partner pharmacies, retail outlets, events, and promotional activities. Edit videos and graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Write creative captions, scripts, and copy that reflect the Studex brand voice. Manage daily posting, community engagement, and timely responses to comments and messages. Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to generate user-generated content (UGC). Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas to improve engagement and reach. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure all content adheres to Studex brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. Strong photography, videography, and mobile content creation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends. Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Experience working with beauty, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or retail brands is preferred. Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is an advantage. Willingness to travel locally for content shoots, events, and retail visits when required.
