PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)

• Strategically plan an increase in the company's productivity, by making use of the available resources.
• Participates in all stages of production and coordinate with other department to ensure that the production does not get held up or malfunction due to any reason.
• Closely maintain standards in quality.
• Create a time-bound production schedule and make sure that the manufacturing is timely and standardized.
• Enhancing the production of goods and thereby, increase the sales and profit margins of the organization.
• Evaluate the performance of his/her team and motivate them to perform better.
• Undertakes training of the production team members and updating the company's production facilities to maximize the output.

Qualifications/Requirements: • College Graduate.

• Can communicate Korean language fluently in coordination with the other Korean Managers.
