STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKER (WORKSHOP)

Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules. Lead and oversee fabrication personnel, including fabricators, fitters, welders, grinders, and helpers.

Qualifications/Requirements: Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, Welding Technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in steel fabrication, piping fabrication, or structural fabrication, with at least 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience.
