COATING MANAGER

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, chemistry) 5+ years of experience in coating or a related field Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in coating software and equipment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Age: 35-40

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of coating projects, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of coating projects Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays Review and approve project invoices and payments Ensure project is completed within budget and meets quality standards Analyze and interpret data to inform coating decisions Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of coating plans and progress Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and goals. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Supervise and train team members involved in coating projects. Perform quality control checks on coating work.
