Part-Time Luxury Jewelry Retail Associate (Ad-Hoc) - $12.80/hr - Changi Airport (7 days)
Location: Changi Airport T1 / T3 Duration: 12 – 18 October (7 Days) Pay: S$12.80/hour Headcount: 2 Part-Timers (1 per location)
Working Hours
T1: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM T3: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers and introduce ongoing promotions and membership benefits.
- Assist customers with membership registration and verification using an iPad.
- Verify customer eligibility and distribute promotional redemption items.
- Maintain accurate records of sign-ups, redemptions, and purchase details.
- Set up, maintain, and pack down the activation cart and promotional materials.
- Ensure the activation area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and service-oriented customer experience.
Requirements
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in retail, promotions, events, or customer service is preferred.
