Site Supervisor (Civil/M&E or ACMV)

Responsibilities:     Schedule project activities to ensure completion within the schedule     Perform site supervision, including planning and coordinating technical and site issues     Lead workers in carrying out site work     Participate in meetings with clients/contractors     Requirements:     Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is preferred     At least 4 years’ experience in general building/civil engineering projects with a high level of complexity     Working experience with town council term contract /R&R projects is preferred     Strong organizational, communication and people management skills
