Our client is a leading investment platform based in Bahrain, with a diversified real estate portfolio across a range of sectors and countries. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior real estate portfolio manager to take responsibility for a multi-asset portfolio, focusing on performance improvement, financial oversight, and operational coordination.

What the job involves

Overseeing the operational and financial performance of a diversified real estate portfolio across Bahrain and the wider MENA region

Coordinating with property managers and service providers to ensure high standards of operations and tenant satisfaction

Managing leasing activity, rent collection, and tenant relationships in line with local regulations

Developing financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting at asset and portfolio level

Reviewing valuations, monitoring key metrics, and supporting governance and audit processes

Managing relationships with external stakeholders, operators, and advisors

Identifying value creation opportunities, including repositioning, capital expenditure, and leasing strategies

Who we are looking for

Experience in the GCC real estate market, in asset or portfolio management, transactions, or professional services

Track record across multiple real estate asset classes

Strong financial modeling and accounting knowledge

Fluency in Arabic is essential, with strong English communication skills

Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded approach
