Senior WAG Gymnastics coach

Job Summary The Senior WAG Gymnastics Coach will lead and develop the mid-levels Gymnastics pathway at The Yard, ensuring technical excellence, athlete welfare, and long-term development while fostering strong collaboration among coaches, athletes, parents, and leadership. Responsibilities Mentor and develop mid-level WAG gymnasts to enhance their technical skills and competitive performance Establish and maintain a culture focused on technical excellence, athlete welfare, and sustainable athlete development Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between coaches, athletes, parents, and the competitive leadership team to support athlete progress Identify and evaluate talent within the recreational program to support athlete advancement Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to promote The Yard as a regional centre of excellence for WAG gymnastics Drive initiatives to increase participation and retention across all levels of the gymnastics pathway
