What You'll Be Doing
â Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally â Provide first-level support as part of the helpline team â Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints â Monitor and manage ChatBot operations to ensure smooth customer experience â Escalate issues when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
- Able to work on an activation basis when required
- Prior call centre experience is a plus, but not required
