*PCM Artificial Lift Solutions Inc. (Pump Shop)* is seeking a *Welder *in *Lloydminster, AB* to Weld and assemble PC Pumps.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate welding equipment to fuse metal segments using various welding processes
- Rotor Welding
- Stator welding / Phasing
- Read and interpret drawings
- Fabrication of Surface Products
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
*Preferred Skills & Experience*
- Proven welding experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Proficiency with a variety of welding and metalworking equipment
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience in welding or currently enrolled in an Apprenticeship Program
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and maintaining certifications.
*Required Qualifications:*
- Journeyman Alberta Welder, Registered Apprentice Welder (all levels considered)
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Effective communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
