Job Description

PayPay is looking for Senior iOS Engineers to work on our payment product to deliver the best payment experience for our customers.

Team Missions

Grow finance mobile service as user's first touch point of PayPay.

Actively follow new technology and make our app more convenient using it.

Build new features rapidly along with a variety of technical approach, native OS / KMM / own SDK etc and deliver with high quality.

Main Responsibilities

Work closely with our product team to customize the payment experience

Prototype new and redesign features

Focus on UI/UX design principles and product driven development

Work with an elite and focused team of app developers

Qualifications

At least 6 years of professional experience in a Product-based company.

Deep understanding of modern mobile/iOS development.

Strong in Object Oriented design, and Swift

Strong passion for code quality

Familiarity with integration of Rest API

Ability to communicate with product members and other development team in English (Japanese is a plus)

Experience with CI/CD tool

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini,or similar) in professional software development.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to develop features while conducting unit tests

Knowledge of performance optimization

Familiarity with Agile development

Experience integrating and development payment service

Paid leave

Annual leave (up to 14 days in the first year, granted proportionally according to the month of employment. Can be used from the date of hire)

Personal leave (5 days each year, granted proportionally according to the month of employment) ＊PayPay's own special paid leave system, which can be used to attend to illnesses, injuries, hospital visits, etc., of the employee, family members, pets, etc.

Salary

Annual salary paid in 12 installments (monthly)
