Sales Operations Executive (Perm Full Time / UP $4.8k / Manufacturing)

Job Summary The role supports assigned customers by preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating price quotations and order/arrangement enquiries, and ensuring smooth internal cross-functional operations. You will also maintain and develop customer relationships. Job Description Prepare, monitor, and analyze  sales forecasts  and  sales reports  for assigned customers. Provide  operational support  for  price quotations ,  sample arrangements , and  enquiry handling . Coordinate effectively between  internal teams  to ensure smooth sales and operations processes. Maintain existing customer relationships and support the development of  new customers . Key Requirements Team player with a willingness to learn. Able to work independently and manage  multi-tasking  responsibilities. Relevant working experience in a  sales operations / sales support  role. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

Educational Requirements: Diploma and above  in  Business  or  Supply Chain .

Required Skills and Competencies Communication skills : Effective in presenting and reporting

Computer literacy:  Proficient in  MS Office   Excel  and  PowerPoint

Language ability:   English  and  Chinese  for communicating with Chinese-speaking vendors and customers

Learning mindset:  Willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Independence & organization:  Ability to handle tasks independently and efficiently.
