Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of batching plant

Plan for sufficient manpower and trucks for daily production

Ensure cost control practices in sludge, W2, diesel, concrete recycling and manpower allocation

Perform daily checks, maintenance, and arrange necessary repairs for plant equipment

Receive and ensure accurate pumping of various cement, admixtures and diesel at the batching plant

Attend coordination meetings and prepare for delivery and concreting arrangements

Assist with mockup testing and installation of monitoring devices on site to monitor concrete quality

Monitor concrete conditions (e.g. surface, temperature) and support proper finishing and protection for freshly cast concrete

Support quality checks, defect identification and repair work at batching plant and customer sites

Liaise with customers to meet expectations and maintain strong relationships

Ensure concrete quality by following SOPs during production

Conduct daily toolbox meetings with staff, workers and drivers before commencing the production

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

ITE NITEC / Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply

General Welding Certificate with experience in gas cutting

Experience with working in concrete batching plant /machines maintenance is an advantage

Singapore Class 3 driving license

Able to read/ understand and communicate in English

Willing to work on rotating shift hours
