The company designs itineraries for a wide range of travelers, including business, volunteer, academic, religious, and leisure guests. Role Description The Senior Creative Designer is a contract, hybrid role based in Accra, with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that visually convey Palace Travel’s brand and the unique character of its African tours. Day-to-day tasks include designing digital and print materials, creating graphics for marketing campaigns, and maintaining consistent visual branding across web, social media, and collateral. The designer will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate travel offerings into compelling visual narratives, support website and landing page design, and ensure all creative assets meet quality and accessibility standards. The role also involves managing design projects from concept through delivery, providing guidance on visual strategy, and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications

Strong skills in Creative Design and Branding, with the ability to develop cohesive visual identities and campaign concepts. Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar). Experience in Web Design, including layout, user experience considerations, and designing assets for responsive websites. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing travel, hospitality, or lifestyle-related design work is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Accra, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory representation in visual content. Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
