Job Opportunity: Planning Manager
Location: Rotherham / Brinsworth Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 38 hours per week + flexi-time
Join a growing manufacturing business as a Planning Manager, leading the planning function and ensuring customer demand, production capacity, materials and inventory are aligned.
About the Role:
- Lead and develop the planning function
- Own production, demand and capacity planning
- Manage inventory and material availability
- Drive improvements in planning accuracy and On-Time Delivery
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance
What We're Looking For:
- Strong planning/production planning management experience
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
