PROJECT MANAGER
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop a detailed project plan including schedule and costing to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop comprehensive project progress reports to be shared with clients for payment purposes
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Required:
- Candidates must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent
- Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experience for Mechanical and Electrical companies
- Able to read and understand Tender Drawing (Electrical / MEP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Electrical & Revit
- Able to start work immediately or within short term notice
- Strong team member/leader, meticulous and serious in his/her work
- Positive attitude and prepare to go the extra mile to success
- Self-motivated, and results-oriented with ability to take pressure
