If you've got 1-3 years of hands-on marketing analytics experience, a genuinely analytical mind, and strong English, keep reading. We're looking for a Marketing Analyst who can also write and manage content. Someone who already knows GA4, Google Search Console, CRM tools, uses AI tools as a natural part of how they work, and can turn data into a decision instead of just a report.

Job responsibilities

Build and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards across GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, social analytics and beyond, and turn that data into clear recommendations.

Write and edit marketing content: blog posts, social copy, website and page copy, using AI tools to speed up drafting and research without losing quality control.

Run on-page SEO: keyword research, and optimizing content and pages for search.

Turn finished content into a social posting schedule, and track what's landing so you can adjust.

Work with the design team to request and use visual assets for content and campaigns.

Plus other marketing work as it comes up.

Required qualifications

English Proficiency (mandatory C1, especially written): you'll be writing content people actually read, so this is a higher bar than conversational fluency.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, CRM or marketing platforms (HubSpot or equivalent). 

Comfortable using AI tools day to day for analysis, drafting, and research. We're an AI company, we expect that of ourselves too.

Problem-Solving: strong analytical skills that turn data into decisions.

Required candidate level Junior to Mid (1-3 years)
