Legal Associate

An established company with a presence across the Asia-Pacific region, specializing in the energy sector with a focus on sustainable and infrastructure solutions, is currently seeking a Legal Associate.

As part of a 2-member team, the Legal Associate will provide legal and operational support across a board range of corporate, commercial and governance matters. The incumbent will support a board range of commercial agreements, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers.

The role will also independently manage routine legal matters, maintain legal and corporate records, monitor contract obligations and support investment and project-related legal documentation within a fast-paced corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Law or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of legal experience, ideally within Oil & Gas/ Energy industry
• Strong communicator and negotiator
• Familiarity with NDAs, service agreements, Tender and Bidding documents, sales and purchase agreements
• Meticulous and organized individuals with high attention to details
