Job Description Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including inventory management, and visual merchandising standards Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment activities, and ensure proper merchandise presentation throughout the store Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification At least 2 years of retail experience, with demonstrated supervisory or team leadership capabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office applications Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts Passionate about customer service with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
