Human Capital Manager (HR Manager), Netherlands and Nordics - Amsterdam

Role purpose: Lead and deliver end-to-end Human Capital support across the Netherlands and Nordics, ensuring compliant, scalable HR operations and a strong employee experience aligned to business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Own core HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance cycles, and policy management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards across the Netherlands and Nordic countries.
• Advise managers on coaching, conflict resolution, and complex employee cases.
• Manage compensation and benefits processes, including benchmarking and annual review support.
• Drive engagement, culture, DEI initiatives, and change management programs.
• Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and documentation; improve processes and HR systems.
• Coordinate with global HR teams and external partners (payroll, legal, benefits providers).

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven HR management experience supporting multi-country or multi-site organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and Nordic employment practices, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder advisory.
• Experience with HRIS, data integrity, and KPI/reporting for decision support.
