Wellness Advisor

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as a Wellness Advisor.

As a Wellness Advisor, you will go beyond traditional retail selling. You will understand customers’ wellness needs, introduce suitable OGAWA wellness solutions, provide professional product demonstrations, and create a personalised customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers’ wellness needs, lifestyle and preferences.
• Recommend suitable OGAWA wellness products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide customers through product trials.
• Provide product comparisons and personalised recommendations.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through consultative selling.
• Build and maintain good long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide appropriate after-sales support.
• Maintain strong knowledge of OGAWA products, promotions and new launches.
• Support daily outlet operations and sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable showroom.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, product launches and wellness campaigns.
• Perform other retail-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Passionate about retail, customer service andwellness products.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Sales-oriented with a positive working attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
